Dr. Cantwell has 30-years experience in the field of dentistry and 20-years as a Specialist Prosthodontist and Surgeon. We happily help patients with all manner of dental problems. Previously at the Eastman ICED in Grays Inn Rd London and now at 19 Wimpole St since 2008, we have become a family practice over time at the request of our loyal patient base. We are a small privately owned practice which thrives on a close working relationship withpatients and their families.

Terms and Conditions of Care


               

We require a minimum of 48 business hours notice for cancellation of any arranged appointment.


When we schedule an appointment for a patient, we are booking the surgery time for that patient’s treatment. Failure to give the appropriate notice of cancellation will result in a Failed Appointment Fee being charged. This fee is proportionate to the length of the appointment failed and is to cover the cost of the surgery time and clinic overheads which are substantial.


Cantwell Healthcare Ltd reserves the right to charge the full cost of the treatment in the event of a missed appointment or an appointment cancelled with less than 24 hours notice.

For missed appointments or short notice cancellations, we reserve the right to take a minimum of 50% deposit to book further appointments.


Please note: it is also the discretion of the Clinic if further appointments can be booked for any late cancellations or missed appointments or rude and disrespectful behaviour to any member of staff.


All financial statements must be honoured within two weeks. We have built a very loyal patient base on the premise of trust and respect over thirty years. The reciprocation of trust and respect is expected and valued.
